The Ryzen CPUs are particularly sensitive to motherboard variations. Since the platform launched, each iteration of the AGESA, saw some changes to performance measurements. In particular where turbo frequencies and power management is concerned. That’s just on the AMD provided firmware side, let alone what board vendors do to configure their VRM controllers etc.
This very same configuration could and is most likely to yield slightly different numbers in future. That said, over the months, performance, compatibility and power states have for the most part improved. So at the very least you’re looking at worst case scenario in terms of performance here (and it’s looking pretty good might I add).
