ASUS PRO WS TRX50 SAGE – The ultimate Threadripper Motherboard
Out of the three existing TRX50 motherboards. The ASUS PRO WS TRX50 SAGE is without question the most complete offering. This is in terms of aesthetics, features and of course performance. The ASUS PRO WS TRX50 SAGE has claimed all the 32, 64 and 96 core Threadripper performance records on HWBOT. Moreover, The Sage board offers the highest memory frequency support on the platform (DDR5 8000). All this doesn’t come cheap, but you get plenty of motherboard for your spend. A pity that there’s no native Thunderbolt support, but it is something an add-in-card can’t fix.
