ROG STRIX X570-E Gaming Review
UEFI & Test configuration
ROG STRIX X570-E Gaming UEFI
The UEFI is the same as on all ROG boards sans some menus present on the higher end boards with extreme overclocking features. That said, it is familiar and navigating it should be second nature for anyone who has used a recent ROG board from the last five to ten years. As stated in the CHVIII Hero review, an update may be in order that would hopefully add or enhance a few features such as extending character limit on user profiles for example.

As always with motherboard tests, differences between boards tend to be academic for the most part. It is only in situations where there is drastic performance difference that one should be concerned. Any performance differences between boards are usually within the margin of error and as such, one should look to the numbers as performance you should expect, rather than a competition against another board with the same chipset configured in the same manner. All testing was done with the AGESA 1.0.0.3 ABBA from BIOS 1005 and 1205.
