OCZ Agility 3 Now Available In 180 GB and 360 GB

OCZ’s Agility 3 range of SandForce SF-2281 controlled SSDs have proven to offer remarkable price/performance, but have thus far only been seen in lower capacities with the likes of the Vertex 3 offering higher capacities. OCZ is now launching two high-capacity Agility 3 SSDs, namely the 180 GB AGT3-25SAT3-180G and the 360 GB AGT3-25SAT3-360G.

The 180 GB offering has sequential speeds of up to 525 MB/s read and 500 MB/s write, while the larger 360 GB variation offers the same 525 MB/s read but drops very slightly to 495 MB/s write. Both models offer up to 35,000 IOPS with random 4K writes. The 180 GB and 360 GB Agility 3 SSDs will be priced around US $255 and US $450 respectively. Source — Hermitage Akihabara
