Benchmarks
Finally we get to the benchmarks, so we can see what this little budget micro-ATX board can do.
The benchmarks here speak for themselves. The B450M Steel Legend is more than capable of matching some of the best if not the best motherboard on the market out the box. Doing so at default settings isn’t that exhilarating, but being able to hold its own when overclocked is quite something else. This motherboard doesn’t even officially support this DRAM frequency (3,533MHz is the official limit and lower in the QVL) but it was more than capable of 3,800MT/s just like the most high end X570 boards. Impressive to say the least.
