AORUS RX 5700 XT 8G Review

Shadow Of The Tomb Raider & Hitman 2

Shadow Of The Tomb Raider was one of the first games with DirectX 12 support and also one of the earlier ones to implement DXR features (mainly shadows). That said, playing with DXR shadows is far too demanding and visually isn’t that impressive. So one losses nothing when playing on the Radeon cards. That said, performance is solid across the resolutions. While 4K isn’t playable, 3440×1440 and lower resolutions deliver 60FPS+ performance.

Hitman 2 is also one of the earlier games of the generation with DirectX12 support much like Tomb Raider above. Here the AORUS card once again delivers 60FPs+ at 3440×1400 and lower resolutions.
